The area from Splash Point is generally referred to as East Worthing. More affordable than some other areas nearby, many employees of Worthing Hospital live in the area.
On and just off the seafront are some beautiful Victorian and Edwardian house, some of which are now flats. Head a little further north to find better value family houses, flats and bungalows.
