Robert Luff & Co Community Project - Larkfield Park

Larkfield Park situated in Lancing, is in need of a drastic makeover, think DIY SOS for an outdoor space.  Used by many local families, dog walkers and school children as it sits in a secluded spot in Larkfield Close Lancing,  just opposite Seaside Primary School.  As you can see from the photos below it is no longer an enjoyable place for anyone as bit by bit nearly every piece of equipment has been removed and not replaced. 

After meeting with local councillors, the park ranger and many of the local residents and staff at Robert Luff & Co in Lancing have put together a vision for this space that will offer children the chance to play, exercise and embrace wildlife with not only play equipment on the list but an orchard and community wildlife programme too! 

Local residents have joined forces as Friends of Larkfield Park and with the support of Robert Luff & Co have accepted the huge task of raising £40,000 for the Parks Fund.  The amount we raise will be matched by the local Council who will eventually oversee the transformation of the Park for the local Community to enjoy. 

Here at Robert Luff & Co we have several fundraising events scheduled in over the next twelve months starting with an 'I'm an a Estate Agent, Get me out of Here' programme of challenges for all the staff to join in with, raising awareness on social media about the project and hopefully raising lots of money in the process.

Our next big event in December willl be revealed soon...watch this space. 

In the meantime, we are calling on the local Lancing Community and beyond to help make this community project a reality for 2022! It's amazing what can be achieved when we all pull together.
