Role and Responsibilities:

As a Senior Negotiator / Sales Negotiator at Robert Luff & Co, you will play a pivotal role in our Sales Team. 

• liaising with clients to market properties so that they achieve their maximum price.
• handling enquiries about properties from potential buyers.
• valuing properties 
• producing online listings, brochures, and other promotional information.

What we're looking for: 

Experience and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, we are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and attributes:

Previous Property Sales experience is advantageous.

Professional written and verbal communication skills.

IT knowledge, particularly with Microsoft Office packages.

A minimum of 6 months of property sales experience is required.

Strong administration skills and at least 1-2 years of experience in the property industry are preferred.

Confident, professional, and considerate demeanour.

Ability to work independently, building and maintaining relationships with vendors.

Good understanding of Microsoft Office, reliable, and willing to work hard.

A confident and friendly telephone manner.
